I have a cochlear implant, I have used these batteries. What matters is what your cochlear implant can take. Cochlear batteries are not normally or always rechargable. For example I have a Med-El OPUS2 unit. I have 2 battery pack adapters that I can affix to my processor. One is for rechargeable batteries (which are square blocks and 675 batteries would obviously not fit just by visually checking). However the 2nd adapter I have is specifically for 675 batteries and requires 3 batteries at once to power my cochlear implant. What you first need to check is if your battery adapter uses 675 batteries, if it does not then you need to talk to your Audiologist, as they are the best person to guide you on what you need.
