I know its a controller issue as it has a slight burning smell when you plug it in. I contacted their support who were utterly useless. Would not offer to replace the controller early, and would only refund me once the item was received in 5-7 days. Disgraceful for an item owned for only a month. Not to mention their tracking provided no updates - just use amazon and you wont have these issues!! Amazon have kindly corrected the issue now, no thanks to Warmer. Onto the blanket itself, gets nicely hot, and fast. Only to then be let down by false advertising. This blanket is not fully heated, only about 80% of it is.
