Takes a ream of paper and just works. The impressive pages per minute speed is somewhat ruined by the slow time to get the first page out. So if you print lots of single page documents it's not particularly quick. The reason for the return though was the constant paper jamming. Printer was literally tearing small rips in the paper as it grabbed it out of the paper tray. Usually easily fixed by removing all the paper from the tray, fanning it (again) then putting it back in. Unfortunately this was happening multiple times a day every day. If you start using the print with non oem cartridges you get a warning which is not immediately obvious how to clear. In fact the whole error / warning / clear system doesn't seem to have been designed with any nod to usability.
