I bought this at a bargain price (£5 odd) and for that I'm delighted with it- is it worth full price though? You don't need a primer (checked) to get the best out of it. I intend order all colours available. It is unbelievable, easy to use and blends effortlessly with other products. Just splendid! - At least on my skin and face (i am 38 years old white European). 11 out of 10 from me, and no doubt in Gaga's glam attack product line.
