I was impressed right away when the item arrived in a nice package. For the price I thought it would just be in a clear plastic bag. I had a ton of giggles the first time I put it on, I am sure the video would have been internet worthy! The instructions were helpful, but the best way to learn is to practice. I liked that it was comfortable and didn't dig into mu skin. It was very light and could be worn under a layer of clothing. My only complaint was that the back part was a little unpleasant during the heat of the day as I got hot, the flap held heat and got sweaty. But alas, a trip through the wash solved that. I highly recommend! The device was pretty comfortable and easy to put on. The correction it caused it my back was not comfortable at first but with repeated wear it gets a lot easier to tolerate. I had no idea my back was that bad of shape. I knew I needed posture correction but not how much. You can wear it all day to work and any daily activities. The more you wear it the better it works.
