I keep notes regarding overall feeling and muscle/joint soreness throughout. I took the recommended dosage as described on the bottle.There was no correlation between taking these and feeling any better/worse. There was no performance increase/decrease that wasnt attributable to something else. I take a few things for their anti-inflammatory effects and this is one of them. The flavor of turmeric lasts a brief moment otherwise easier to swallow. I don't like turmeric in foods so this is the only way I can get the curcumin ingredient. The price is great for me and I like that they have information on the label that other brands don't have.
