Works very well. The only slight issue is that I do have to actively go into connections on my phone and connect it to the device, it does not do this automatically like others I have used. But this might be a setup issue. Device receives perfectly from anywhere in my house. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent sound but some niggles *by R***K on 22 November 2025* Very good sound quality, streets ahead of the cheap receiver I had before. More volume too, so I don't have to turn the hi-fi amplifier up to a ridiculous degree as I did for the old one. However, I'm only giving it four stars for two reasons. One, when the sound begins after more than a few seconds' pause, there is a slight hiccup at the beginning. Most music tracks have a tiny moment of silence at the start, so this is not too annoying. It makes a mess of system notification sounds, but who cares about those? Second, more serious, and really unbelievable, is that it doesn't have an on-off switch! You have to undo its little USB micro B power connector to switch if off. I have ordered an inline micro B switch -- yes, these do exist but note that they only transmit power, not data -- so I shall be OK when it comes.
