It is made of polyethylene for resistance to corrosion and to deterioration from sunlight, is molded in one piece to resist leakage, and has 5/16"-18 female threads. It is intended for use with 1-1/4"and 1-1/2" inlet float valves and 5/16"-18 threaded rods (sold separately).
