So I thought to give this product a try. Its like a black paint which covers the baldness. I applied the paint as instructed.The paint was wet on my scalp and temples so I blow dry it. Now use your finger to rub it to create a shadow. The same way you would shadow if drawing on a piece of paper. After that I sprinkled nanogen fibres and sprayed lock spray and styled my hair. Use a bit of hairspray in the end.The result was it looked well.However points to be noted:1) The product gave me itchiness2) If you touch your scalp, it transfers colour on fingers3) Colour transferred on pillow and sheets too if hair not washed before sleeping.4) If you are sweating, dont touch the coloured parts with a towel. Not suitable for heavy sweating in the gym. Black sweat will run down your face.Final verdict: Not a complete waterproof, sweatproof product. Expensive for what it does. Too many chemicals in it so will damage the thin hair further if applied regularly.Also, bought a waterproof eyebrow black pencil to see how this one works as its only cost €3.50 so worth testing.Hope this review will help future buyers. ### ⭐⭐ not really fit for purpose *by S***D on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 4 June 2018* I thought I'd try this product, so as to see if it's any better than the one I've previously used (Nanogen fibres). Having watched the video clips (produced by the DermMatch manufacturers), I had high hopes. However, I'm not pleased with this product - and I can't recommend it.It's effectively a make-up powder - akin to face make-up worn by many women. Only this is applied to the top of your head, and is intended to conceal thinning hair. It's not exactly quick to apply, although it's certainly not difficult. And it does conceal the skin on your head - as it "paints" it a different colour. But it does NOT give the appearance of having thicker hair. Rather, it makes you look like you've coloured-in your scalp!The worst thing about this item is the colour. I have "ginger" hair (very dark auburn). I therefore opted for the "red" colour. And that's what it is: very red. It's literally like I've applied red eye shadow to the top of my head! I know of no one with this as their natural colour of hair.As it doesn't give the appearance of thicker hair (only a pained scalp), and results in a peculiar colour, I won't be using this again. For me, it's a waste of time and money. Instead, I suggest:  Nanogen Keratin Thickening Hair Fibres, 30g, Auburn . ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Highly recommended product for concealing bald patches *by A***R on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 June 2017* This product has been a life saver for me! Having developed alopecia for the second time in life but this time with two very young children, I don't have much time to spend styling my hair daily - DermMatch has really helped me conceal my alopecia and give me confidence back to do activities with the children I would have avoided, like swimming and going out in the wind. It takes a little while to get the hang of how to apply it and it can be a little messy but it really does stay put until you shampoo it out - and even then you really have to scrub your scalp to get it out properly. I have blonde highlighted hair so use the dark brown as my roots are that colour and it works very well. Great product for alopecia sufferers - and balding men alike, my husband has used it also to conceal his bald patch and has been amazed with the results! I have been to see several hair loss experts and all are amazed at how well my hair loss is concealed with this product considering I have lost around 60% of my hair!
