Contains 2 bars, which is food for 1 adult for 1 day according to package directions. Good luck on getting by on 400 Cal/day. Maybe if you are sleeping. Under normal activity a woman would need 2 of these 2-bar packets; a man would need 2.5-3 packets. Flavor? Think compressed sawdust, and if you have a good imagination, there's a hint of apple & cinnamon. Not bad; just not good. Essentially you'd have to be in a survival situation to want to eat this bar. And you will need plenty of water. Like I said, sawdust. Cholesterol-free, also nearly flavor-free. Take these puppies out for a test run and I believe you are going to have some unhappy campers. This product is made by Mayday. 'Nuff sed. Seller should post ingredient panel & nutritional information.
