## Questions & Answers

**Q: i've had the Satechi mouse for just over a year and it has stopped charging, is there any way to fix the charging issue?**
A: The rechargeable battery inside died. You will have to open it and buy another one. You can order the batteries but honestly with the cost of the battery I found it better to just order a new mouse. Mine lasted 3 years before the battery died I just ordered a new mouse

**Q: Is the light suppose to turn off when charging?**
A: The light will stay blue when charging, and then turn off when fully charged.

The M1 Mouse will also only charge with a USB-C to USB-A cable (like the one included, but should work with any one that supports charging) and can be charged with a USB power adapter, such as the one that comes with your cell phone? We have found that charging the mouse from a computer's USB-A port provides less power than using a USB wall adapter directly.



Unfortunately, it will not charge using a USB-C to USB-C cable.

**Q: Why does the space grey not ship to South Africa when the other colors do?**
A: Because we are currently out of stock of the Space Gray color.
