I had been admiring this bag on other sites for about 6 months. When I saw the price on the orange color I knew it was too good to pass up, though orange wouldn't have been my first choice (distressed black would). My fashion conscious friends assured me I could make the orange work and guess what? I really love it! The bag is high quality and supple. I love the small hidden outer magnetic pocket for my keys. The inside is pretty and spacious. I won't be using the area to insert cards. There really aren't enough card spaces for it to be a working wallet, at least for me, and as another reviewer mentioned, the opening at the top of the bag is a little on the small side for reaching in a fishing for things like credit cards. I LOVE the fact that it can be used as a backpack or shoulder bag. I got hooked on backpack purses several years ago when I received one as a gift. I wanted something bigger and this does not disappoint. I can put an extra baby diaper, baby snacks and a few toys in it and don't have to carry a diaper bag and a purse, and I get to look fashionable! The first time I used it I noticed gray spots on the leather and realized a few rain drops had hit it. The spots disappeared once it dried. I have since sprayed it with a natural leather waterproofing spray (Woly Waterstop) but have yet to see if it worked. I received a compliment on my first day out with it. I have had other Latico bags in the past I have gotten at tjmaxx, they are super cute with lots of pockets and places to store things. But it's not worth the full price. The leather isn't as nice as other latico bags and I wish the shoulder straps were adjustable. I was nervous about the orange color but it's more of an adobe mellow orange not crayon orange like it looks in the photo.
