I came accross these insoles that include a 2 degree wedge in the heel.I purchased and followed the instructions for a gradual introduction over a week. I've now been wearing them for a month or two and the difference they have made is clear from my perspective. Just looking at my shoes shows that my weight is now where it needs to be, and my knee pain has been reduced by at least 80%. I've since bought 3 pairs of these insoles.I'm not saying they will work for everyone, but worth a try.
