It works for me. 90% of my diet is organic whole foods, and these are definitely highly processed, but for where I am now, I'm grateful for this choice. I have hated almost all the other protein bars and snacks that i have tried. When i went searching for another i found this. Bought a few to check them and they were good! Now i have 2 different flavors, they don't task all protein-ish and don't make my mouth dry. the flavor is there and not to much artificial. Well worth the buy.
