I ordered this after my husband said it was okay, not that I needed his permission, but he said I'm a B*^ch without coffee and told me to just get it...Its rare, but I can be cheap at times...So by evening it was ordered, and I recieved it about 1 week later....To me that was just to dang long....but, I was to cheap to order next day especially after shelling out this kind of bucks for another keurig.Okay the product~I like it alot. I choose industrial because I did not want another mini, I wanted something built to last.This machine is a monster, I think it will...there is a BIG diffrence, and OMG, I don't have to fill it with water everytime I want a cup. The screen is like a mini TV you get natural pics of coffee/nature as well as directions on how to use this monster . It is big but not to big...size of two mini's next to each other, maybe a touch smaller.I use this for home NOT office,(just plug it in and fill the pull out water chamber, that's it. no need to buy anything special, unless you want to mount it...no strong need for me to do that) however; it is very industrial like and the monster would work really well in an office, it reminds me of a classy very small vending machine, and I'm always impressed when I look at it; it works like a dream and its pure awesomeness... ### ⭐ Brewer system failed after approx 1 yr of light use *by D***W on November 20, 2016* The brewer worked well and the direct plumb was very convenient ... for about 10 months, then the brewer failed. It failed just like another review I read, with the screen indicating that the water level was not right. In short, either the tank was not functioning correctly, or it was not communicating correctly with the brewer electronics (latter more likely since there is almost nothing to the tank that can fail). Keurig customer service reps were extremely pleasant, but could provide no help. They informed me that Keurig will not assist customers that have the direct plumb line system because it is "commercial," and their contracts with distributors require Keurig to punt everything to the distributors. Pursuing that angle was unhelpful, as well as very time-consuming. While I understand why Keurig may want to off-load to third-party contractors its responsibility for warranty etc issues for these brewers (doing so saves a few bucks), it's very bad customer service IMHO. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ K155 OfficePro -- 90oz reservoir is impossible to beat if you don't have a direct water line *by R***R on February 3, 2015* Wonderfully constructed machine that we set up in the office. It's much better than getting the consumer version -- this one is much sturdier and has a lot of parts that last much longer than the standard one.First, the K155 has a 90oz reservoir, one of, if not the, largest reservoir that Keurig offers. It also comes with the water feed plumbing kit so you can hook it up to a water line to feed the machine's reservoir, but our office already has two machines hooked up to the wall's water line. For now, filling up the reservoir isn't a problem at all. The K155 also accepts 3rd party reusable filters, but we have a water filtrating system that we use to fill up the reservoir.The drip tray is removable which is nice. With the tray attached, the machine works perfectly with standard coffee mugs, but if you have one of those tall mugs you'll have to remove the tray (which is easy) to fit your travel mug.This machine does 4, 6, 8, and 10oz brewing sizes and they never take more than 60 seconds to brew -- that's a very generous estimate and it probably takes much shorter on average to brew. It can also be programmed to automatically turn on and off at set times every day to save energy.Last, the officePro version is, surprise!, rated for the heavy use of offices.
