Review: Most authentic yeast in the market - I was very hesitatef before buying this yeast because i have bad experience previously where my yeast was not blooming. Then I came to this one through some youtube cooking channels recommending and using this. Then i read some reviews and look after by photos, and finally ordered this ,though delievery was given in 5-7 days but it was worth waiting. I used this yeast to bake wheat bread and a dominoz style pizza,it blooms perfectly and gave a rich texture. Just more good and easy than one selling in the market. It was totally unbelievable when you had bad experience with some other brand yeast. Highly recommended product for yeast,dont think even a little,it blooms very fast, dough rises to 4-5x in moderate to small quantity of this yeast,there is no such kinf of bad smell,or any bad/cons for which you should vaoid buying. There is only pros in buying. Just go for this and thank me later for my review and suggestion.
Review: Good product but ... - Delivery was super quick - got it before expected delivery date. However I feel the shipping charges are a bit steep. I ordered Pmw® dry yeast and vital wheat gluten. Packing of both were very good, sealed thick plastic pouches. As to the product : worked as well as the imported yeast I used earlier (DCL). For 200gm white wheat flour (maida) + 700gm whole wheat flour (atta), I used 2 teaspoon of dry yeast and 2 tablespoon of gluten. The dough rose in one hour to approx double size. See attached pics, my pans are 9cm H, 10cm W and 22cm L. All in all a good product, let down by the price. My rating is for yeast + gluten.

Dear yeast, Where were you through those terrible years with fickle kinds of you. Where I turned out bread which was used as door stoppers and paper weights. You on the other hand are simply fabulous. Rising to the occasion. Consistently. A rarity. And so affordable! (Clearly the lockdown has gotten to me.)
