**Q: How many levels does it have 45-90 degrees**
A: It has 4-5 available positions to alter the vertical angle.

**Q: Out of stock??  Why over a month for delivery?**
A: I assume its made overseas and is not considered essential

**Q: Will this rust if it’s left outside?**
A: It's all powder coated steel with no drain holes.  I would say yes, it would rust outside.  I would bet the crossbar screw would be the first thing to rust.  I'm sure the padding would get destroyed pretty quickly as well.

**Q: Does the padded "seat" rise?**
A: No. It keeps your center of gravity where it wants it. Change it and you could flip
