The inside liner is optional can use or not not stitched to unit. Does have eyes to stake it with the outside of the unit. Would enjoy a pocket inside to hold TP or handy wipes. Doesn't have any inside zipper vents for the ceiling or back still a good unit for the price. Hope this report helps ya.

A: there is not a place to hang it .Mine had bags sewn in but were on the bottom. works great for bathroom or changing room.
