A: It is convenient to stack the boxes for storage.And you can fold them to save more space.

**Q: What is the country of origin?**
A: Taiyuanshi, Shanxi, China is the seller and also a city in China. So id say they originated from China. But I must say that they are great storage boxes with a nicely fitting lid. I plan on buying more of them in the near future!

**Q: Can you stack these?**
A: Yes, you can. If you have heavier items, I would reserve those for the bottom just like any other boxes.

**Q: Are they breathable ? I want to store my Coach handbags in them**
A: Yes I believe they’ll be great to store your purses in. There is a slit on each side.

These bins are well made and also look so much better than my blankets and pillows laying on the couch all the time. They have an opening on the side, so everyone knows whose box has whose blanket in it. The sturdy handles on the side are great for moving them. Some reviews complained of smell, but I did not notice any. I do wish they came in a bigger size. I could only get 2 throw blankets in one. I definitely recommend if you are wanting to organize and declutter things around the house.
