Review: Fabulous! - I was looking for new chairs for my family room. I saw a set in Denver that I just loved, but they wouldn't fit in our pickup for the trip back to North Dakota. I was looking for new chairs for my family room. I saw a set in Denver that I just loved, but they wouldn't fit in our pickup for the trip back to North Dakota. Thank goodness for Amazon! The walnut finish is gorgeous, the blue upholstery is exactly the color I wanted, they're incredibly comfortable and best of all, they were less expensive than the first ones. They went together easily. No missing hardware, all the holes lined up, and allen wrench was included, and the instructions were clear. My 12 year old grandson learned furniture assembly with help from my husband and they had both chairs together in less than about 45 minutes. These function well in multiple rooms. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Pretty good if you don't look too close!

Let's be honest: This is a cheap chair that reproduces a classic mid-century modern design. It arrived on time and was well packaged, except the legs/frame seem to rub on each other during shipment. The chair is very sturdy once put together, but the screw holes on the crossbar did not align well with the barrel nut holes. The fabric is nice and the cushions are comfortable. The tan color is bland but some decorative pillows solved that. Here's the cheap part: The finish is not so good. There are blemishes and minor damage if you look really close (as shown in other review photos). The finish is uneven on the corners. The ends of the feet (at the floor) are chipped. Rubberwood is a soft wood that can dent easily. Despite all that, I give this chair 4 stars because it's decent quality for this price point. My girlfriend loves them and they look great from across the room.
