My limited understanding of NSNs is that creation and changes need to be done on the purchasing side, rather than by the vendor. Contact me and I'll be glad to hep however I can to get the NSN problem sorted out. (It's against Amazon policies to include contact info in answers. But I'm not hard to find.) **Q: Where does this item ship from?** A: If you order one shipped by MapTools, I ship from San Carlos, CA 94070. **Q: Is it laser cut?** A: It's cut with a die. We give our die cutting folks pretty tight tolerances to work with. So unlike some of these tools we've seen, our triangle are in cut in the correct location. The tool is printed on 30mil clear vinyl and vinyl can't be laser cut as it produces toxic fumes. **Q: Does this item have tritium in it for night work?** A: No it does not, it just is laser cut with printed black numbering and tick marks. As well trituim is a radioactive isotope and because of this it needs to be contained to stop you from touching it and ingesting it accidently through direct contact.
