When I increased my tire size on the stock suspension, the OEM pads just couldn't get me slowed down in a reasonable distance. The Wagner gave me that initial "bite" back and really slow the 4+ ton ram 3500 down with 35" tires much better than the stock pads and tires. Stock pads had marginal wear at 35k miles and shows they were made wit a lot of clay and non friction material to trade stopping distance for longevity.For the price, it was a great deal and I could install them on all 4 corners on the stock rotors with 35k miles with no issues such as pad build up or glazing going from OEM pad material to Wagner.I was impressed with the hardware and lube that came with the brakes, though the front pad slides were a little finicky to install.There were no instructions to tell you where to apply the lube or how to bed in the pads. I bed them in following traditional methods, let them cool completely and the are good to go!I would say the compound is as good as, if not better than "gold or platnum" compounds. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Rotor Bite *by L***S on March 25, 2019* Just installed these on my 2013 RAM 2500 Cummins Diesel 4x4. First impressions: They're great. Much better rotor bite than the stock brake pads that were on my truck. Great pedal feel now, very firm, with a light touch. Overall, Much Better Stopping Abilities. I just hope they won't chew up the rotors. This is the first time I've done a brake job on this truck. 88,000 miles original equipment and pads as far as I can tell. I bought it used with 40,000 miles... so more than likely the brakes were done by either the dealer I bought it from or the original owner right before trading it in. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great Product *by R***G on February 24, 2023* Easy install on my 2018 RAM 2500. I replaced my duralast gold which only had 20k miles on them what were squealing every time I stop. Duralast pads were barely used. Quality parts matters don't go for the lifetime warranty for cheap parts.
