This item is very well made. The material seems durable and the stitching looks strong. The velcro holds well and I can definitely feel it pulling my shoulders back. The best way to wear the item is to first stick the straps loosely to the front strap and then place the correcter over your shoulders and then to tighten the straps. This is way better than letting the straps hang loose as otherwise you are forever trying to catch it behind your back and then, once caught, trying to straighten it. I paid about £9 for this and it's excellent value for this product. Happy with the purchase. I will update this review at a later date to confirm whether it works to it’s full potential & helps with posture correction. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Easy to use but too big *by S***B on 16 June 2020* This is definitely an easy to use contraption for posture, and when it's on it definitely does encourage you to sit more upright. However, some reviews have written that it's too big on some frames and I would agree. I'm not especially small in frame - a UK size 8 - but this is too big on me and therefore I have to keep adjusting it, have added an extra bit on, meaning all in all it is not as comfortable to wear as it could be if it fit properly.
