We run a doggie day care/boarding facility in Arnold Mo called Dogs In My Home and we pick up a ton of poop. When I saw this product it seemed like it had addressed the main issue of why I never used a pooper scooper to begin with, because of the mess of the thing. The Poogo stick is amazing. The lever that pushes it into the bag is perfect and it really does work on wet or dry poop. Not only that, but you know how sometimes it kind of gets under and in the grass, well this rake like side just lifts it right out without damaging the grass and it does cleanly push the poop, even wet poop, right off of the shovel area and right into the bag. This could be the best invention I've ever used. I have always just used three pairs of gloves and did it myself. All the bending over and carrying around the heavy sack always left my back hurting. This takes away all of those issues. As you set the thing with the bag down each "stop" and use the other thing to get the poop. No bending over, no hauling the bag around, just easy and quick poop pick ups. I won't even need to pay the kids to pick up poop anymore, it is a piece of cake. If you have poop to pick up, you need this contraption, it is perfect. ### ⭐ 1.0 out of 5 stars I had such high hopes for this... *by B***S on Reviewed in the United States on June 29, 2015* Bought for use for my Golden Retriever. Liked the idea of the basket being open after using the Petmate Clean Response Waste Management System for about 3 years. It however wouldn't hold onto the bags. Also the spring plate on the one we got did not expand all the way out like the picture shows, so it never pushed anything off. My 11 year old daughter pointed out that instead of pulling the lever back while you're scooping and releasing it to push waste off, the plate should just stay retracted and then squeezing should trigger the mechanism. That way you are not straining your hand while you're scooping. Which leads me to the last problem. If you have Bermuda grass, or another kind of grass with "runners," this will rip the runners up as you try to get under the pet waste. This is why we thought we'd use it more like a rake instead of a scoop, but you can't easily keep it retracted for that long. Needless to say, it did not work for us. Wanting it for a commercial use, like a doggie daycare, training facility or kennel? Don't get it.
