It contains dynamic Box Liners that hug the forefoot around the sides and top to make the shoe box narrower and prevent painful sliding; It has two pairs of oval cushions that are useful for any sore or tender spots; a compress that allows foot expansion in jumping and expands to hold the foot up and in place on pointe; large and small crescents to create toe pocket protection; mushrooms to protect and cushion the big toe and toenails; side cushions that prevent the foot from sliding into the box while also cushioning little toes. I love this kit, i putted in my gaynor minden's and they fit perfectly!! I love it!! This kit is really great, you'll not use the hole thing, you'll use what you need for your comfort and i find that really great. It came with the explanations of how to use it and what pad is for any problem you may have. Its perfect! Your pointes will fit perfectly and the pointe experience will be painless.
