However, this practice mat works best with acrylic IMO because it’s to help you achieve the right amount of product to form the perfect nail. If you are wanting to practice with polygel I would have to say the best option is to purchase a manquein hand. I also purchased the LIONVISION hand and it’s been a great purchase for practicing.
