The only thing I had to say about that roller was that it HURT. It was WAY too hard (and I didnt even purchase the extra firm). I gave it a few weeks of use to see if it was just my back being a wimp, but it wasn't. That roller just wasn't for me.THIS roller on the other hand. This roller is PERFECT. Its firm enough to work out all my back kinks, but its not too firm that it hurts. I use it to roll my back out even if I haven't worked out. Its just amazing to use. My podiatrist recommended this. She said my calves were tight and pulling on my heel. The pain was from my heel pulling on the smaller muscles in my foot. Basically, I had to release the tension in my calves to get rid of the pain in my foot. I felt relief after the first time I used it.
