Some workouts are tough but so worth it. You feel the burn pretty much straight away. To make each exercise easier, there is a woman there for you to follow so you can simplify it as and when you need. I love rhat there is a mix of cardio, pilates and weights; its less boring. You also get a resistance band and a full nutritional guide to suit you.
