Works great, and we are so glad to have the extra counter space. Initially we were sent a defective utensil rack, but after contacting the company they sent us a new one with a normal utensil rack. The suction cups don't do much, but it hasn't shifted to our knowledge despite that. The bowl tray holds the bowls perfectly, the dish tray holds all of my IKEA dishes small or large, the knife tray fits perfectly, etc. I can't think of a single bad thing about this, other than the price is kind of high.
