When I was almost fully extended it did seem to have a little more pull that was twisting me a little but I was expecting it because of the research I did into them. I was also expecting the cable to be rubbing on me a little but it did not just the plastic handle thing. It was a little awkward doing the top sheets when it was slightly below my d ring it was pulling on my neck.
