The physical mounting is also quite straightforward but you should be aware the price you pay for a small sleek device is a very small area for the electrical connection. There is no chance of taking the twin and earth supply directly to this, you will need to come from a junction box with a thinner flex to connect and allow the unit to mount on its base.Other than this it is a very good unit. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Vert & horiz adjustment + IP65 totally good! *by C***N on 24 July 2020* IP 65 obviously I wont expect water penetration on this PIR device. The vertical and horizontal adjustment is actually very well thought out, perfect for my needs and exactly what I bought it for. I think this is the only one that has this adjustment and certainly with IP65 rating, that I've come across. I don't know how these can be made at such a low price because it is an excellent high quality PIR. Only had it a few days but so far the detection is really good. The one thing which I don't like is the tight cable entry area but as long as the wires are tidy and outer sheathing is prepared properly its fine, I wouldn't change it from what it is. Today I will buy another one these to replace another brand which is only a week old but isn't as sensitive as I'd expect. It will be fitted under the eaves on a normal semi detached in the driveway pointing down. I'm confident this one will be better at area detection, will soon know.
