I believe that some people are installing it incorrectly possibly. They have great customer service. I left the negative off my battery overnight and the next morning when I started I had trouble finding the correct place to look for the two wires I contacted them and they patiently helped me understanding that I have never been mechanically inclined. After install I gave it time to reprogram the system and smooth out until it purred like a kitten. I feel a lot more pull when I give it a lot of gas. The shifts are quick and hit harder. My car has a turbo and now with the chip I can turn off traction control and not only spin tires on initial launch but also catch second gear as well. I couldn't do that before. My wife is scared to floor because of the power. She is scared of losing control. I would defiantly recommend this and if I get a new car that they have a product for I will be purchasing one quickly. ### ⭐ Junk... does not do a thing! *by T***R on Reviewed in the United States on August 11, 2022* I followed the instructions and there is zero change. No improvement to gas milage or to horsepower. My idle is lower when i stop, so its saving me gas at stop lights and when i put my foot to the floor, the gears are changing so much faster because i'm hitting the higher rpm's much quicker.
