These are brighter that I was expecting and hope to get many years of service out of them. However, do not be mislead as too the suggested ease of installation for these sights. Unless you have a press and know what you are doing, your gun may well be scared up when punches are used to remove and replace the sights. Be smart and send the pistol to a well equipped gunsmith or better send to Kimber. I sent mine in to Kimber and got it back within two weeks.
