I use it mainly for long coach journeys, but I use it at home for reading to support my neck muscles. The thickness of the support is just right as it does not push your head forward. I never thought there was so much to consider when buying a neck support. I don't get overly hot in it, and you don't feel like you've got your head in a vice. The material is soft and comfy and I didn't turn into a sweaty wreck wearing it. The bag is a really good size in that you don't have to go three rounds and a submission to get it back into the bag.
