Is it wrapped inside the sleeping bag?** A: To be honest I don't know. they were both in the same box. I didn't want to open and unroll because I wanted them to be easy to wrap. I'd like to think they are wrapped in the draw string bag but don't really know. **Q: Can this be washed (by hand or washing machine)?** A: Not sure about washing. It is VERY thin. I bought it for a grandson for slumber parties. I am not sure it will hold up through many washings. **Q: So i recieved my package, no draw string bag and looks to be used what do i do?** A: Contact amazon **Q: what is the lowest temp this is rated for?** A: I would not recommend this for outdoor camping in chilly weather.
