But *by K***T on July 7, 2016* This one need a little salt and pepper, but that is reasonable to expect from trail food although most of them including this one are high in sodium to begin with. Once a little seasoning was added it became a good meal. But, after eating many other meals from this brand this one the only one that still had some crunchy noodles that did not seem to fully hydrated although there was not a lot. If you are a fan of macaroni and cheese and think it would sound good after a day of hiking this brand was as good as other brands offering macaroni and cheese, which I know is not a resounding endorsement, but after testing a bunch of these types of meals sometimes its a winner as long as it is not disgusting and this one is far from that.I found the net weight of the food was almost exactly as advertised, just a touch higher and had about 53 calories per ounce, 45 calories from fat and 7 g from protein.I am not personally a fan of macaroni and cheese in general, but I would not hesitate to grab this brand if someone else in the ground liked it. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing flavor *by A***N on June 24, 2019* These are so delicious.
