Love the case and haven't needed to remove the phone from it once for anything. The plastic holding piece inside the case is perfectly molded. The leather and material mix for the case is good and has held up (looks brand new still). If I HAD to point out a miss, I would wish it to have a better self-standing feature (but I wouldn't change the case at all).
