I always wanted electric start. With this kit I have a wonderful electric start system. Installation is easy with one exception. The aluminum casting of the engine where the starter goes needs to be expanded. To do the expansion the best tool I had was a router bit in a pneumatic drill. After about an hour of shaving. The starter fit in and everything worked great. Several videos on YouTube about this installation. ### ⭐ Don't buy *by D***5 on September 25, 2021* Flywheel timing is off . Even thought my engine # is before 2011. No directions on wiring . Youtube helps. starter box does not power up coil . So won't start. But starter works. No voltage regulator for charging coils. Which are junk anyway 1 amp wtf you going to do with that. I upgraded anyway. Because of flywheel I DO NOT RECOMEND.til flywheel issue is worked out. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ So far so good *by P***. on December 23, 2019* Paid a shop to install. They said the kit was complete and i stall was fairly easy.
