**Q: does she come with a stand?**
A: Yes, she comes with a small stand, though her head is so heavy sometimes she still tips/comes off the stand if her head is crooked at all.

**Q: Is the black smudge on her forhead normal or is it a paint flaw.?**
A: Mine didn't have a smudge so it must be a paint flaw

I love Melinda May, so I knew I had to get this figure! It's the great quality you'd expect from Funko, with only one small problem -- her feet. They're so small that she falls over easily, and it takes a minute to get her upright again.

I am pleased with my purchase. There were no damages with the bobble head or the package. I would recommend the Melinda May Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. Bobble Head to anyone who is a fan of Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D. or The Avengers, or the Marvel movies.

    A good representation, but flawed engineering

Looks-wise, a great figure that really captures the character's look well.  Her vest is a few shades too bright, but it isn't an issue.However, engineering-wise, there's a couple problems.  May's feet are *tiny*.  She has to use the packed-in stand, which is very easy to overlook as it's clear and packed tightly in her box.  Even worse though, the spring in her head is mounted off-center.  This leads to her having her head cocked to the side, which is fine if it's subtle.  However, on mine, the side-cock was extremely severe.  I was able to "correct" the issue by shoving some old receipts in her head.  She doesn't bobble much now, but to be frank, I've never liked the bobbling aspect of these figures.
