It should fit older/standard bars just fine.The two main complaints I have are:1) The ball joint that allows you to adjust the camera is VERY difficult to tighten. Thus, my camera doesn't stay straight and pointed forward. I feel that I'd need to take a pipe wrench to this to get it tight enough. Also, my camera mounts off center so I'm sure that doesn't help it.2) It's very tricky to get your camera on or off. You've got to spin the camera around and I've almost dropped mine a few times.This isn't a horrible product, but I will be looking for an alternative. ### ⭐⭐ More "miss" than "hit" *by T***Y on Reviewed in the United States on August 2, 2013* The design of this mount is mediocre and the quality is kind of sub-par. I like that the mount part is adjustable so you can put it on a range of sizes of bars. That's about the only thing I like about it. If you use this as a handlebar mount on your bicycle and you are going on any type of rough(isn) terrain then you probably won't like this mount. The ball on the bottom is very hard to get tight so it doesn't move. They need to make the ring have bigger knobs so you can get more pressure when trying to tighten it down.The metal screw on the top where it is imbedded into the plastic stripped out on only it's second use. Now I can't tighten it down because it just keeps spinning. They do what they are supposed to to with no problems.
