Recently I tiled a bathroom for a friend and they bought a cheaper version... after 5 minutes I put down the tools and ordered these because the quality is just not matched. These are cheap and cheerful but work wellNo tile levelling system is a substitute for skill and care; they reduce lippage but you can still end up with a floor like a rolling ocean if not careful. I find the main advantage is that it eliminates the time spent checking lips meaning the pro can tile faster and the anateur can focus that energy on flatness.The wedges are reusable but if you are consistently using similar thickness tiles then they will form a notch. At this price it is no big deal and as they wear just send them to the recycle bin.The pliers are simple and I didn't have any problems.
