I think it took all of 10 minutes. The material looks like polyester or nylon. I'm not so sure how long it will hold up to use and weather, but others have indicated this should last. TBD. The zipper works well. A little higher/longer zipper would have been nice for easy enter/exit, but not really a problem. I installed this on our Funtek (http://www.desertcart.com/Funtek-Foot-Trampoline-Enclosure-System/dp/B005QLEN8I/ref=cm_cr_pr_product_top?ie=UTF8) 10' trampoline, which uses arches as opposed to straight poles for the enclosure. This worked well with that trampoline. Funtek appears to have gone out of business - as they don't answer the phones and don't respond to emails on where to get replacements for their stuff - but this works like a champ as a replacement. Overall, happy with this replacement net for our 10' trampoline. I'll update the review as time goes by. How these hold up to the weather is what will determine if this was a value or not. This universal net was great for my specific round 10" trampoline with 9 poles. This net makes installation so easy. It is adjustable for many types of trampolines and the universal pole caps were easy to replace the pole caps I had for the old net. I am so impressed with this net.
