Bright pale amber lights. *by M***G on Reviewed in the United States on April 27, 2020* Item as described. Packaged very well as to avoid breakage. Lights are a faint amber tint. Could be denser to emit more of a "gold" hue. Main thing is brightness. We give it a 4-Star here only because they are probably brighter than most people would be expecting. To (hopefully) be clear, it's not offering a "glow" - it's "light". Images online are actually accurate - but the look/performance will vary depending on your space. Like others, we were looking for that mellow "glow", but thought we could tell from the description and comments what it would actually be and we were right - about 10-15% more bright than originally envisioned, so as expected and fine for us. Overall, seems like a good product. They replaced my incandescent bulbs and shown just as well.After 1 month, I needed to redo the string set up to allow for tree removal.I attempted to remove the bulbs so they wouldn’t break as I took them down. Unfortunately, I only made it through 5 bulbs...because 3 of them broke. The glass portion separated from the base while the base remained in the socket.I did not force anymore. The lights are great when plugged in; but, having them coming apart after only a month in the elements was disappointing.I cannot recommend these bulbs for that reason. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good and Bright. For some reason they advertise as Amber but are not at the color of the vintage light models. They are super bright.
