Most have serious drawbacks & I’ve trashed them. Bought a set of these for a dark spot on my daughters steps. Liked them so much I ordered some for myself. Much better made & brighter than old RV motion lights in cabinets. Also very effective mounting with no need to drill and permanent mount. If placed on metal nothing needed. Light is magnetized & pretty strong. Comes with self stick small steel bar to mount on wall, etc in a closet or wherever you choose to put them. Takes 6 AAA batteries so it will last quite a while. Since magnetic mount it’s easy to change batteries. Surprisingly right & good motion detection. Bright enough to illuminate a small closet or under counter light.
