I ordered them in a size 10 and as often happens with flats, the shoes look a somewhat proportionally awkward in a large size. They're a bit wide/lose on the sides. They don't fit very snuggly and tend to bow when I bend my foot to walk. The front of the shoe looks awkwardly small. I think the style simply doesn't translate well into a larger size. A small front looks proportional to a 7, but just too small on a 10. I am in desperate need of replacements for my current boat shoes so these will do as a fill in, however I'm still looking to buy a pair I like more. Sperry Top-Sider is the original American brand of boat shoe designed in 1935 by Paul A. Sperry. These shoes have held up to the test of time. They are WELL MADE, Attractive and Comfortable.I really love the design of these Sperry Top-Siders Audrey style shoes as I find them very feminine I hope that Sperry continues to make the Audrey. I especially love the unique Zebra print, it is real pony hair. The Audrey is a great walking shoe and looks great with black slacks as well as with jeans.I highly recommend Sperry-Top-Sider's to both males and females. Trust me, they are worth every penny you spend on them! I also would like to recommend that Sperry keep this feminine design as part of its collection! ### ⭐⭐⭐ Nice shoes but not built tough. *by K***Y on Reviewed in the United States on May 5, 2015* Really good looking shoes. Very flattering on and have become a go to for me. These are very comfortable shoes I can wear all day even though they don't have a lot of support or extra thick cushion. I had to break them in and wear hide-away socks with them for a while. While I do really love these shoes, I have to deduct stars for a quality issue. I am hard on shoes and I'm on my feet for hours at a time, but after just a couple months I had the same issue other reviewers noted. A curved piece of rubber in the front left shoe ripped almost all the way off. At this point it's still barely hanging on and I tried glueing it once already. It held for a few wears but started to come apart. I will try again with a different brand of superglue. I hate to trash a perfectly good pair of shoes for something minor, but it's not going to look right if the rubber falls off. They seem well made, but now I'm not sure if I should try a pair of Sebagos instead of spending money on these and maybe have another quality issue soon after purchase.
