**Q: Will this damage an interior hollow core door?**
A: It will not.I have mine attached to a hollow core door. . . I'm a 250 pound male.  No problems.  It's a really smart design.

**Q: there is a 2inch step-down onto the floor of my room when you open the door...will this work with such a door from inside?**
A: If your a person with long feet it might work. I wear a size 8.5 shoe and have the bar on the lowest position. Two inches higher a I don't think I could use it.

**Q: Should toe bar be mounted underneath bracket, as shown by other manufacturers of similar product, or on the top of the bracket as shown in picture?**
A: I installed mines under the bracket.

**Q: Can you perform glute ham raises with this?**
A: This sits at the bottom on your door specifically designed for sit-ups only.
