As one reviewer indicated, it does not look like the picture. As a matter of fact this picture is often seen for different wigs if you look around. Not sure why merchants will do that because I'd rather see a picture of the actual wig then perhaps some of what others have suggested in terms of ways to style. With that being said, I love the wig as I believe if you cut it down a bit you can easily obtain the look that is pictured. About this wig: The color was a great match natural black without looking too dark or shiny. Instantly I noticed how comfortable it fit and felt. My head is not small nor is it huge but I often find it hard to find a wig that I do not mind wearing all day. I have even been known to take a break and take the bad boy off while in the rest room!! The quality is nice. No shedding and cut nice and short. One thing I will say, the front is rather long. I plan to cut mine a bit as I do not want the look of the fullness in the front.
