You plug the 3.5mm AUX cable into whatever you want to send or receive sound from and then connect the bluetooth.Incidentally, all the reviews discussing installation of windows 10 drivers or connecting mice/keyboards are clearly fake as the device does neither of these things.While it was a bit fiddly to get started given it has two different power modes (send/receive), I did get it working on the second attempt. Unfortunately the quality is very bad, with one headphone having louder sound than the other, and a constant background humming noise really ruining the experience. I got this to pair with my Sony WH-1000xm3 headphones and with this device they sound like a £2 pair of headphones rather than a £200 pair, making it not really fit for purpose.I'll now be buying a second bluetooth dongle which is more ordinary and just provides bluetooth to the PC. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Won't pair *by L***O on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 11 September 2019* I bought this to use on my television for my headphones.
