We got it to use for school as well as having for camping. We liked that it is a nice size, water resistant and foldable. It really is all of those things. The bad thing is for us is after only using it a week the zipper broke. I was able to fix it, but I really wish it had actually be more durable and lasted much longer. It was great in every other way! ### ⭐⭐ Bad Zippers, good design *by C***O on September 3, 2019* Out of the package, the zippers on the backpack were difficult to zip. I got an exchange but after one trip to the beach with the new backpack, the zippers came apart and were difficult to zip again so I returned the item for a refund. It's disappointing because it's a good design with lots of storage compartments. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Great deal *by S***Y on September 3, 2019* Just got it, so I haven't road tested this yet. But I like how light it is, and how it folds up into into itself so compactly -- great for stashing in a suitcase for an extra bag. The material is this, but it's ripstop nylon, so hopefully it will hold up. I'm using it to make a bug-out bag, so it won't get daily use, but will be ready when I need it.
