Review: Exceptional Strings! - This is my second set since buying an additional bass guitar. I have tried many different brands of strings from the cheapest to the most expensive and these are absolutley the best for a few reasons. They are very smooth and easy to play, even better than my $65 Rotosound flat wounds. The only strings I've found that come close to these are the DR strings. The Rotosound 77s came highly recommended but sound flat and dead also requiring high gain. These Elixirs sound fantastic with the perfect growl and exceptional sustain. Because of the Nanoweb technology, you should never use a cleaner on them, just wipe them down with a microfiber cloth and you're good to go. The last set I bought are still on one of my basses and sound great after about 2 years. I will likely never change these strings unless I need to because of a break or whatever. I spent a lot of money trying different strings and these are my go to from now on. They are worth every penny and you won't be dissappointed.

This is my second set since buying an additional bass guitar.
